1.1. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if its presentation (packaging, labels, etc.), consumer properties are preserved, and there is also a document confirming the facts and conditions of purchase of the specified.
1.2. In case of the return of Goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery of the Goods by the Seller to the Customer is deducted from the refund amount. The Customer’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods to the Seller are not compensated.
1.3. In case of refusal of the Product, if it is part of the set, the return is carried out only with the full set.
1.4. In order to return the Goods or exchange the defective goods for a similar one, the Client sends a corresponding Application to the Customer Support Service of C & Q COLIN COMPANY, LLC at [email protected].
1.5. Consideration of the Application and refund of funds are made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Application, but not before the return of the defective Goods by the Customer.
1.6. The refund is made at the Seller’s expense no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller’s warehouse with a preliminary confirmation of acceptance of the Return Application.
1.7. The refund is made on the plastic card from which the payment was made.
The method of refund is indicated by the Client in the Refund Application and selected taking into account the rules of the legislation of the United States of America and the rules of the company.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY
2.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the Product at any time before receiving it. Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the Customer has the right to return the Goods of proper quality if the following conditions have been met by the Customer:
- Preservation of the appearance of the Product (packaging, seals, label, etc.).
- The product was not in use.
- Preservation of consumer properties of the product.
- Availability of a document confirming the facts and conditions of purchase of the specified product.
2.2. The Client needs to fill out an Application for a refund and send it to the Customer Support Service by e-mail [email protected]. The application will be reviewed, after which the Client will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the Request for a refund.
2.3. After receiving confirmation of the consideration of the Application for a refund, the Customer must send the corresponding Product to the Seller. Upon return of the Goods of proper quality, delivery is carried out at the expense of the Client.
2.4. If the Goods were transferred in violation of the terms of the contract on quantity, assortment, completeness, the Customer is obliged to notify the Seller of these violations no later than 30 days after receiving the Goods.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY
3.1. The period of return or exchange of defective Goods is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
3.2. The Client must send an email to the Customer Support Service [email protected]. Application for the return or exchange of Goods of inadequate quality. The application will be reviewed, after which the Client will receive confirmation of acceptance of the application. Claims for replacement and compensation of defective items are considered after providing photos of the marriage.
3.3. Next, the Customer must send the corresponding Product to the Seller.
3.4. If the return of Goods of inadequate quality has been carried out, the Customer’s expenses for the return shipment of the Goods are compensated by the Seller.
